Domestic orders are shipped from San Francisco, California via USPS.
Canada & International orders are shipped from Hong Kong, HK.
United States: 5 – 10 business days
International & Canada: 10 – 14 business days
StylusFlex is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit; however a complaint can be filed against USPS. The customer is responsible for following up. If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (incorrect address or package refusal), the customer will be responsible for re-shipment.

Product(s) approved for return/exchange must be returned in unused, original condition in its original packaging. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the customer. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.
Custom orders (engravings) are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
